SmashVision 1.0

The "SmashVision App" is a mobile client interface that provides registered users of the SmashVision content distribution services with the ability to preview promotional music-driven video content offerings, manage their content acquisitions, and administer their accounts via their mobile devices. Registered clients can use this app to review recent submissions from our content provider partners for potential inclusion in their respective display programs.

Please note that access to this application is strictly restricted and not available to the general public for commercial purposes related to music or music video properties. End users must be registered with SmashVision services before using the app, as it is exclusively designed for registered clients who meet specific professional criteria. Registration through the SmashVision App is not possible, and registrants must go through an approval process before gaining access to our services.

SmashVision is wholly owned by Lodestar Entertainment, LLC based in New York. Along with its content aggregation partner Screenplay, Inc from Seattle, Lodestar Entertainment is the largest fully licensed distributor of music-driven video content in the United States and its territories. Both Lodestar Entertainment and Screenplay operate under licenses granted by original copyright holders or their authorized consigns, in compliance with the United States Copyright Code, Title 17; §106(4,5) and §114(b). Our clients are exclusively limited to screened and bona-fide non-broadcast audio/video programming professionals.
